At Incredible India Art, we take great care in delivering your products. Our team is equipped well to deliver your products in the safest & quickest possible channels.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

Incredible India Art Use Different Shipping Methods & Carriers in Ecommerce to provide better and prompt service to the customer as per their availability in their location

Local shipping: For same city shipping we use our Incredible India Art Logistics system for same day delivery otherwise Porter or Bike rider Delivery option.

For Inter-City:  We use Various Transportation service Like Amazon Transportation Service, Delhivery, Spot-on, Maruti Courier Service, Xpress-Bee, India Post Service, Depending on their Pin code.

For Bulk Consignment Shipping within Pan India, We Prefer Indian Rail Logistics Service with Govt. Builty or Road Transport Service Like VRL Logistics or customer Choice according to their Delivering agent Service.

For International shipping: We Have DHL Express Account which is Best Courier Service for International Service.

But we some other International Courier Service also as per Customer choice and Budget Like FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and Self Networking Courier Service.

Some Time Customer ask for Delivering the Product with Post Service like Indian Postal Service or USPS Service.

As per customer priority and Budget also we Recommend Service.

Here are few things you should know. (For International Service)

Extra charges that may apply over and above what we charge.

In some countries, VAT / GST / PST, Custom duty or some Local taxes are applicable on overseas shipments. The amount paid to us does not include these charges or duties or taxes which may be applied at the time of receiving the shipment by local customs department.

It is impossible to charge these taxes upfront at the time of payment.

If any such charges are applicable in your country, it will be directly billed to you by the courier company at the time of delivery or a bill can be sent after the delivery is done. Same has to be paid to the courier company as and when billed.


Some More Important Points follows: -

1.       We use reputed national & International courier partners to ship our products. We are using third Party Courier service we take Prior precaution during packing and dispatching for safe delivering but damage during transit we can’t take responsibility for that best solution will be provided.


2.       Delivery period is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or lockdown conditions at the delivery pin code.


3.       Any Change of delivery address can be accommodated only in case the order has not been shipped and subject to new address pin code is in serviceable zone. Please email our customer service team at


4.        Any cancellation of order’s can be accommodated only in case the order has not been shipped. For customize order can’t be cancel at finalize stage or dispatch time. Please email our customer service team at


5.       You will be intimated about the shipment and delivery schedule of your order at your registered mobile address and email address provided at the time of placing order.


6.        For any complaint regarding your order or products to be intimated to our team within 24 hours of delivery along with complaint details and images of the products.
