Nope! You are welcome to place an order without having to create a INCREDIBLE INDIA ART user account. No sign-up or login is required to order. But we need some Basics details for Delivering your products.

If you do sign up to be a user (hey, it's FREE!), you can create a profile, keep track of your order history, & you can start selling the products by becoming seller in our website, promote your business and delivered the product worldwide.

We accept credit and debit cards with Visa, Mastercard (including Maestro), Discover, and American Express logos. We also accept wire transfers for Bulk order or  Export Bulk Deal. If you would like to pay through Wire transfer please contact sales or open a billing ticket if you are an existing customer.

For Online Store we are using PayPal and Razor Pay Gateway

Incredible India Art Use Different Shipping Methods & Carriers in Ecommerce to provide better and prompt service to the customer as per their availability in their location

Local shipping: For same city shipping we use our Incredible India Art Logistics system for same day delivery otherwise Porter or Bike rider Delivery option.

For Inter-City:  We use Amazon Transportation Service, Delhivery, Spot-on, Maruti Courier Service or India Post Service Depending on there Pin code.

For International shipping : DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD UK. 

If the Product is ready-stock then your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order (subject to Payment clearance and stock availability).

In our website Seller taking Pre-order also depending on there art or Item. So, Disptach time can be vary as there given time.

For International Shipping Delivery time will be Different Depending on the Country & Location.

We are using Best International Courier Service Provider so you Track.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping companies website for an estimate on when your product will arrive.

1.     Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window time of 7 Days. if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

2.       Return will be processed only if: 

o    it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

o    the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

o    the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

3.     Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

4.     No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy. 

5.     Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

6.     Usually, all the products are handmade and crafted by hand so there may be difference in quality or not in same specification if your buy in quantity may be size difference, color also differ as screen color and actual may be different so please ensure yourself while ordering item which is handmade make sure those non-returnable. 

7.     If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you or store credit will do in your account.

8.     Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

9.      In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

The following items cannot be returned:

·         Custom Made clothing.

·         Framed paintings.

·         Custom Made Statues.

·         Custom Made Gift Items & Toys

·         Any customize design, art or Item is non-returnable on any conditions.

·         No chargeback will be entertained on any condition.
